Lil' Rascals Refuge is a foster based, 501(c)(3) non-profit, retired breeder dog rescue
based in central Wisconsin. Since 2013, we have found homes for 300 dogs and counting. Our mission is to take in retired breeder dogs, 'Angels' regardless of age, breed or condition, place them in a foster home that fits their specific needs, provide them with the most exceptional care and find them the best forever homes!
